Department of Ethics
The College of Social Sciences includes the Department of Public Administration, the Division of Ethics and Social Welfare, the Department of Political Science and International Studies, and the Department of Mass Communication.
The Department of Public Administration has the goal of cultivating competent administrators who will devote themselves to developing the nation through utilizing an enhanced administrative prowess, as well as boosting the academic development of public administration itself. The Division of Ethics and The Division of Social Welfare are comprised of two disciplines.
The Department of Ethics analyzes and studies ethical standards and value structures, and educates secondary school teachers, while the Department of Social Welfare is designed to resolve social challenges, enhance peoples standards of living, and cultivate competent social welfare experts.
The Department of Political Science and International Studies is aimed at training politicians, diplomats and scholars. The Department of Mass Communication will educate and train students to lead todays information-based society and mass media in such fields as journalism, broadcasting and advertising. All the educational and training departments have their ultimate objectives focused on how to effectively deal with fluctuating situations in a flexible and adaptable manner with professional expertise.
