2. Eligibility
Foreign students(non-Korean citizenship) whose parents are foreigners
a. freshmen admission : those who completed high school education in or outside Korea
b. transfer admission(for junior) :
- those who completed at least 2 years of undergraduate education in or outside Korea with acquisition of min. 70 academic records
- those who acquired bachelor's degree in or outside Korea

Korean Proficiency Test certificates(above TOPIK 4th rank) or equivalents

6. Application Procedure
a. Applicants who passed the documentary screening can apply for admission.
b. Applicants are allowed to select only one primary division of the university.
  * Freshmen Admission
    - Those who passed the entrance of Spring semester for other university are not allowed to apply.
    - Those who applied for Fall semester through multiple recruitment or for special admission
    recruitment are not qualified to apply.
7. Admission Criterion
by way of only an interview test(considering overall past academic achievements including Korean proficiency test)
8. Screening Criterion
a. according to scores of test results in each department/division
b. Those not attending an interview test are exempted.
9. Tuition Fee
a. The range of KRW2,770,000.
    - to 3,380,000.
    - for each semester is to be determined according to major(in 2008)
b. The amount is fixed annually and can be changed.
  * The admission fee, approx. KRW431,000.
    - is paid only for the first semester.
10. Scholarship
a. Scholarship is applicable to all foreign students.
b. Its scope is 50% against a tuition amount.
  * However, there is a prerequisite that students must take min. 15 mandatory credits in the previous semester with more than average score 2.5 and with no F credit.
11. Directions for Application
a. In principle, documents required should be directly submitted by applicants themselves within the period of submission, but in an inevitable need of an agent, he/she must expressly answer the questions made by men on the submission desk such as educational background or staying abroad of the applicant.
b. If there find discrepancies between submitted documents and real facts of such as educations, residence abroad, etc., in an attempt of post-verification against the successful candidates, the admission is withdrawn.
c. The university authorities have the right of withdrawing an admission of the student in case of insincere assistance to the requests of educational history because it should deemed as inconsistency of truth.
d. In submitting documents there is a principle of prohibition in copies, but when it is impossible, the submitter must show the originals for verification.
e. All submitted documents not in Korean or in English must be notarized in Korean after translation. There are cases to additionally request for some authenticated certificate(s) from a 4-year university.
f. Disqualified applicants after screening are not approved for admission in no relation to making quorum of the department.
g. An applicant must carry his/her ID card and serial admission ticket with writing tools for an interviewing test.
h. There is a regulation for a student who has already passed the Multiple Recruitment(for Fall semester) obliged not to apply for Regular Recruitment again. Admission is automatically cancelled in a violation of this rule.
i. When a series of correspondence fails due to wrong description of contact points(telephone and address) at the application form, resulting in rejection of admission, the applicant concerned is not eligible to put a claim against the university at all.
j. Any further things not stipulated herein are to be in accordance to enforcement and screening regulations separately made by the university.
